Opportunistic Routing-Aided Cooperative Communication Network With Energy Harvesting

In this article, a cooperative communication network based on energy-harvesting (EH) decode-and-forward (DF) relays that harvest energy from the ambience using buffers with harvest-store-use (HSU) architecture is considered. An opportunistic routing (OR) protocol, which selects transmission path of packet node priority, proposed to improve data delivery in network. Additionally, an algorithm state transition matrix (STM) obtain probability distribution candidate broadcast set. Based distribution, existence conditions and theoretical expressions for limiting discrete-time continuous-state space Markov chain (DCSMC) model are derived. Furthermore, closed-form outage throughput obtained help distributions stored buffers. Numerous experiments have been performed validate derived performance
